Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Cipher30 (the Cipher30 Mentorship), a trading-education mentorship for US30 and Gold traders run from South Africa. Cipher30 is a trading name of Saood Williams, a sole proprietor based in Cape Town, South Africa. To serve a legal notice, contact us and we will give you our physical address. These terms apply when you create an account, sign in, pay for membership or use any part of the site, member area or community.

Our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Cookie Policy form part of these terms. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use Cipher30.

Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA) or any other law that cannot be excluded.

• You can sign in with an email address and password, or with Google. Give us accurate details and keep them up to date.
• Your account is for you alone. Keep your password private, don’t share your login, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
• Cipher30 is designed for adults. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian’s consent to create an account.

• Membership is a one-time fee, not a subscription. The current price is US$600, as shown on the Plans page. There are no recurring charges.
• The price rises as new modules ship. The price you pay is fixed for you, and every future module is included at no extra cost.
• Payment is arranged manually: you message us on Discord (opens in a new tab) and pay by EFT / bank transfer. We never ask for card details, banking passwords or online banking credentials, and this site never stores them.
• Once we confirm your payment, we upgrade your account to a member account. Your access, and the service, starts at that point.

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

• The course. Lifetime access to the course materials: the three modules (Introduction, Psychology and Entry Strategy) and every future module we release.
• Member tools. The 10 member tools: Replay Simulator, Trade Journal, Pre-Trade Checklist, Mind Arena, Risk Calculator, Expectancy, Sessions, Prop Tracker, Trade Cards, News Calendar.
• The community. Access to our private Discord server.
• Live sessions. We run live sessions now and then as a courtesy. They are not scheduled or promised, and membership does not entitle you to any number of them.

“Lifetime access” applies to the course materials on this site. We may revise and improve modules over time, and you keep access to the current version.

The Discord community and live sessions are not part of that lifetime promise. Discord is a third-party platform that we don’t control, and community access depends on following the community rules and these terms. If your community access ends, you keep your course access, unless it ended because of a serious breach described in Acceptable use.

We keep improving the member tools, so individual tools may be changed or replaced over time.

When you use Cipher30, you agree not to:

• share your login or let anyone else use your account;
• copy, record, download, share, resell or publish the course videos, materials or tools;
• try to get around member restrictions, scrape the site, overload it, or test its security without our written permission;
• sell signals, promote paid groups or financial services, or recruit members in our community;
• post performance claims or results that are not real and verifiable;
• harass anyone, or post hateful, illegal or spam content; or
• use Cipher30 for anything unlawful, including fraud or money laundering.

If you break these rules, we may remove content, issue a warning, or suspend or end your community access. For a serious breach, such as sharing your login or redistributing course content, we may also end your account and course access. Refunds in that case are only given where the law requires.

The course, videos, frameworks, checklists, tools, text, design and the Cipher30 name and logo belong to Cipher30 or the people we license them from, and are protected by copyright and other laws.

We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own learning while you follow these terms. That licence does not let you share, sell or teach them to others.

What you put in the trade journal stays yours. You let us store and process it only so the journal works for you. You also keep ownership of what you post in the community.

The member tools are learning aids. Their outputs depend on what you enter, so check the numbers yourself before relying on them. They are not advice. Prices, news and calendar data come from third-party feeds and can be delayed, incomplete or wrong.

Discord, Google, TradingView, your broker and any prop firm you use are separate services with their own terms. We are not responsible for them. Prop-firm challenge fees, rules and outcomes are between you and that firm.

We work to keep the site and member area running, but we can’t promise they will always be available or error-free. We may need to take them offline for maintenance or fixes.

You can ask us to close your account at any time: email us or message us on Discord (opens in a new tab). The Privacy Policy explains what we keep afterwards and why. Closing an account does not by itself entitle you to a refund. See the Refund Policy.

We may update these terms as Cipher30 grows. We will change the date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we will let members know by email or on Discord. Changes will not take away lifetime access to course materials you have already paid for. If you keep using Cipher30 after a change, the updated terms apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

If something goes wrong, please email us or message us on Discord (opens in a new tab) first. Most problems can be fixed quickly. If we can’t resolve it, you can approach the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud, the National Consumer Commission or a South African court with jurisdiction.
